Shipping and Delivery

The average processing time is 1 - 3 business days.

Your order will then be delivered within 6 - 10 business days.

The average total delivery time is 10 - 15 business days within Canada.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. After placing your order, you will also receive your tracking number via email.

How Can I Track My Order?

We will send you the tracking information directly in your confirmation email. You can track your package at the bottom of this page or via this link: Track Your Package. Enter your order number and email address. You will then see the tracking information for your package.

If your tracking system is not showing anything or cannot find your package, please contact our customer service. Often, it helps to enter the order number without the "#" symbol or to check if you used a different email address when placing the order.

Refunds and Service

Not satisfied = money back, that’s our guarantee. Please send us an email and our customer service team will resolve the issue for you!

To receive a refund, you must meet a few conditions:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must not have been used. You may inspect and assess the product just like you would in a store.
  • The product must be undamaged. It should be in its original packaging.

We will process your request within 2 business days. For refunds, the money will be back in your account within 1-3 business days.
