Job Description:
As a Customer Service & Webshop Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will ensure they have the best possible experience while shopping on our website. You will answer questions, assist with orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will support the management of the webshop and keep product information up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
• Process orders and handle return requests.
• Advise customers on products, sizing, and the ordering process.
• Resolve issues and complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Update product information and add new items to the webshop.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for fashion and e-commerce.
• Has experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment.
• Is communicative and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Works proactively and solution-oriented.
• Can work independently but also thrives in a team environment.
• Experience with webshop platforms and CMS systems is a plus.
